100% Grillo grapes, aged for 4-6 months on lees and for a further few months in the bottle. Grillo is straw-yel- low in colour with greenish reactions. It displays citrus, pineapples aromas and overtones of menthol. This wine is complex, full in body with floral, herbal flavours.

100% estate grown Sauvignon grapes, the harvesting time is determined by their pH value. Selected yeasts are introduced to bring out its aromas. This is followed by a period of aging on “fine lees”. This intense and persistent wine is the purest manifestation of its varietal. Elegant and well-pronounced fruity and floral aromas on the nose: pink grapefruit, passion fruit, white peach, hawthorn, green pepper, tomato leaf and sage. The palate matches the nose with a good acidity.

This Vermentino displays white peach, lime and pink grapefruit aromas with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest. On fresh, light bodied and well balanced.

This medium-bodied, well-balanced wine is approachable and aromatic, with classic Chianti aromas of violet and wonderful cherry fruit flavours. It finishes with spicy hints of wild cherry and hazelnut. It retains these fresh and fruity flavours since it receives no wood ageing

Sassed is made of 100% Primitivo grapes from selected vineyards lying in calcareous stones soil, harvested the first week of September, with some of the berries having over-ripened on the vine and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This Cru has a strong personality and reflects the characteristic of its land. Today, it is one of the most internationally successful wines from Apulia. On the nose, it displays aromas of plums and red fruit jam. It is a full bodied wine, with notes of blackberries, backed ripe fruits and spices and soft tannins. This is an excellent, well balanced wine with a long finish.

Intense red colour with violet shades. Its bouquet is intense and warm, dominated by fruit, and in the mouth it is structured and elegant with great texture.

The "ripasso" stage occurs for 15 days together with the Amarone skins before being stored in wooden barrels for 9 months, and with a further 4-6 months maturation in the bottle. The result is a ruby red colour with violet reflections, and a complex bouquet with vinous and spicy aromas, and hints of red fruits. Harmonious, full-bodied and velvety smooth on the palate, with ideal tannin and acidic balance.
